Our Impact Journey

There’s no one way to address equity in quality education. For many children from underserved marginal communities, accessing basic quality is a distant dream. High enrollment rate doesn’t necessarily equate to quality education. Economic research supports the idea of interventions aimed at improving cognitive skills rather than mere enrolment rates.

SRI believes in curating locally relevant solutions rooted in community ownership. We have been bolstering community participation and creating positive space for parents, teachers and other stakeholders to ensure holistic development.

Stories of Impact

First Steps to Chirag's Big Dreams

My name is Chirag and I am from Qutubpur village (Rewari district) in Haryana. I finished primary school studies from my native village. We used to attend an after school program initiated by SRI where we were given extra lessons and were taught to prepare for the JNV entrance exam. They teach really well and take routine tests to ensure good marks. I was able to clear the exam and I really like being here. Along with studies, focus on extracurricular studies are also maintained. I want to become an IPS officer when I grow up and I was able to take the first step due to SRI.
